How quickly will I receive my ordered paperback book?
You will receive a Track and Trace code when the package is shipped. The confirmation of your order is also the invoice. Have you not received the invoice? Then check your spam box. Orders for paperbacks are placed daily with PostNL.
How quickly will I receive my ordered artwork?
The delivery time of the ordered artwork is on average 3-5 weeks, depending on the type of art you purchased. The exact delivery time is stated on the product page of the product, under the specifications.
How do I receive my digital ebook?
After ordering the ebook, you will receive an order confirmation and a direct link to the download page where you can download the book.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary per product and shipping method:
- Paperback book: €4.99/7.99 (NL) or €8.99 (BE)
- Fine art giclée print (tube): € 17.50 (NL + BE)
- Artwork on Dibond or Chromaluxe: €39.50 (NL + BE)
